| Trinity Products Inc. is proud to announce
a great new addition to our Nitro Program in the Research and Development
team, Ed Bridges from EB Mods.
For those of you that may not already know Ed, he is the founder
of EB Mods and a very experienced nitro R/C racer and mechanic.
Welcome to the team Ed and know that everyone at Trinity looks
forward to blending our knowledge and experience which will produce
a strong Nitro team, a team that will power a brand name in nitro
R/C the way we have in all classes of electric R/C.
Name: Ed Bridges
Nickname: E.B.
Born: Fort Stewart, Georgia
Current: West Pittston, Pa.
Involved in RC for over 20 years
Started modding nitro engines in 1994 for friends and family in
the hobby
In 2000 he started EBMods.com and took engine modding to the next
level
2003-2005 was modding and selling Novarossi engines
2005-2007 custom modified OS engines for Great Planes / Hobbico
History:
E.B. has studied two-stroke engine dynamics since 1994, educating
himself in Metallurgy, Thermal Dynamics, Dynamic Engine Balancing
and I.C. Flow Dynamics.
Ed has a reputation for producing some of fastest and strongest
engines on the track today and has time and again achieved unparalleled
success at the highest levels of competition. This success underlines
what Ed believes, “having the right tool for the task is the
key”.
Realizing the need for consistency, Ed has seen to it that he assembled
the right “tools” from day one, including two dyno’s,
a dynamic balancer, flow bench and milling machines. He utilizes
the “right tools” to constantly push himself and put
his ideas to the test but more importantly to reproduce those ideas
in daily production. We suspect that no other engine “modder”
can make this claim of formulating the theories then consistently
putting them into practice for his customers.
Ed said, “I made this move to Trinity to build a strong foundation
with them and to make Trinity my home. Past business relations have
always been month to month agreements with large orders of engines
leaving little room for product development and support. Truth be
told, I’ve been trying to get in with Trinity for a few years
now, but Trinity never had a true nitro engine program in place,
like they do with Jim Dieter in the electric division. So when I
heard Trinity might start a new Nitro Program I contacted them and
expressed my interest and went through the steps to get here. We
all know in electric that Trinity is #1, so I hope to help make
that true with nitro. Trinity has stepped-up and offered me the
opportunity to prove this!
