Warranty Claims
You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from
Customer Support before returning Trinity or EPIC products. Products
returned without an RMA number are not processed and unfortunately,
will be returned to you at your expense.
• TRINITY PRODUCTS does not give refunds or offer product
upgrades. Refunds come from the original point of purchase, only.
• Proof of purchase is always required for warranty service.
• Return shipping to TRINITY PRODUCTS is paid by the customer.
Return shipping to the customer is paid by TRINITY PRODUCTS
in the continental United States only if the warranty claim is determined
to be the responsibility of Trinity Product. In this
case, the customer would pay for all shipping charges.
Limited Liability Warranty
TRINITY/EPIC products are covered by a limited liability warranty
from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from original
date of purchase. This warranty does not apply if, in the judgment
of TRINITY, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling,
storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained
in a manner not conforming to product's instructions, or has been
modified in any way.
Please note that no written or expressed warranty is provided for
the following hi-performance items:
BATTERIES
ENGINES [and replacement parts]
ELECTRIC MOTORS [and replacement parts]
ELECTRONICS
The maximum liability of TRINITY is the actual product purchase
price.
Warranty Replacement Procedure
Do not ship your defective product to TRINITY before contacting
customer support.
1. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained
by contacting customer support.
2. A Customer Support Representative will review the returned item
to determine if the product is defective.
3. The Customer Support Representative will provide you with an
RMA number and shipping information. Please make record of this
number for your reference.
4. Pack the product securely. Do not include any item other than
the claimed defective unit, we will not return other accessories.
Include your contact information with your name, address, phone
number, and RMA number inside the package.
5. Send the product to the address given by customer support. Clearly
write your RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
Customers are responsible for the freight charges to TRINITY PRODUCTS.
We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking information. TRINITY
PRODUCTS are not responsible for packages lost in transit to TRINITY
PRODUCTS. The replacement product is shipped by ground with shipping
charges prepaid.
